We founded Bilawiny Skin with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. Shipping Policy
Bilawiny Skin orders are packaged by myself and mailed from Murwillumbah Post Office, NSW, Australia.
You will receive email confirmation once the order has been packaged & mailed, this process usually takes up to 2 days from when the order is received.
Bilawiny Skin currently offers standard & express shipping.
A standard shipping cost of $9.95 (AUD) applies to all orders. Express Shipping is the alternative option, at a cost of $14.95 (AUD)
Australian Purchases; please allow 3-10 days for standard delivery, and 1-5 days for express, ETA’s dependant upon location.
Bilawiny Skin is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays.
Australian Post do not deliver on Australian public holidays or weekends.
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
